About Me
I am a big track and field nerd. I am the Creative Student Lead for the UNL Track and Cross Country teams. I create most of the photos, videos and graphics on the huskertfxc social media pages. As a first year student, I created engaging content which enabled me to grow the Instagram account by 32%, from about 14k to 18.5k, since September. These efforts won me the title of Rookie of the Year in our office.
Career Goals
I am technically working my dream job right now, just not in a full-time capacity. I would love to continue working in creative media, preferably in the world of track and field, but I would be fine with branching out into other sports. As a native Nebraskan, I would like to stay here at UNL after I graduate. However, I will gladly take any opportunity presented to me.
This Semester
- Finishing up track season at NCAA Nationals
- Taking JOMC 133, JOMC 134, JOMC 487
- Starting freelance work with an Olympian in the decathlon
Hobbies
I am completely locked in on all things track and field and running related. I am an avid runner who usually runs 6 days a week. I also love to travel, but ironically hate the process of getting to and from my destination.
